3 факультативные анаэробы
[франц. facultatif, от лат. facultas (facultatis) — способность, возможность; греч. an — не, aer — воздух и bios — жизнь]микроорганизмы, способные извлекать энергию из субстратов аэробным (окислительным) и анаэробным (бродильным) путями биологического окисления. Метаболизм Ф.а. может осуществляться как в условиях полного доступа кислорода в среду (акцептором кислорода становится молекулярный кислород), так и в условиях относительного анаэробиоза (роль акцепторов электронов выполняют легковосстанавливающиеся метаболиты). Ф.а. могут содержать большее или меньшее количество ферментов дыхательной цепи (цитохромы, каталаза, пероксидаза, флавиновые ферменты), но у них, как правило, отсутствуют оксидазы, что используют для их идентификации. Большинство патогенных и сингенных микроорганизмов тела человека относится к этой группе. Культивирование Ф.а. обычно проводят при свободном доступе кислорода в среду.
